Physical Therapist

QUALIFICATIONS:

Physical Therapist license issued by the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation  

OVERVIEW:                        
Evaluate the individual needs of each student
Address the student's needs throughout any environment in which the student spends any part of his/her day
Collaborate with other members of the team, including parents, to facilitate addressing all of the student's educational needs
Assist in pre-referral process
Screen individual students, as necessary
