School-based and Outpatient Clinician

CHC is seeking a clinician to provide integrated behavioral health services in partnership with local schools and within our outpatient setting. This unique full-time role includes time split between a school-based office and our outpatient clinic, supporting children, adolescents, and families across community settings. This position is ideal for a Master’s-level clinician or independently licensed LMHC/LICSW who is passionate about increasing access to mental health services within schools while maintaining outpatient clinical practice.
