Advertising Operations Coordinator (Third-Party Associate)

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support to the MY agency team, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Coordinate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate ad-related issues, assist in reviewing and resolving ad rejections.
• Manage incoming tickets through internal systems, ensuring timely assignment and resolution
• Maintain clear documentation of issues, actions taken, and outcomes
• Support the team in ticketing, preparing campaign reports, including data compilation and formatting
• Assist in developing case studies by gathering insights, performance data, and visuals
• Troubleshoot common campaign and platform-related problems
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve client concerns efficiently
• Maintain organized records of campaigns, reports, and client communications
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination

Minimum Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms preferred.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
