Job Description

A design leader and industry expert of UX delivery models that prioritizes experience driven solutions across platforms. Responsible for translating technical, business, and application requirements into comprehensive documentation to define framework and structure of the end-to-end user experience, navigation, system flows, and integration points. Provides strategic guidance for technology integration across NFCU platforms, ensuring a consistent user experience across business applications for member-and employee-facing touchpoints. Collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization and mentors UX designers to ensure seamless implementation of solutions while supporting Navy Federal’s strategic initiatives and objectives.
