Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To support the coordination and monitoring of airport development projects to ensure operational readiness requirements are met in terms of timeline, quality, and compliance with operational standards and stakeholder requirements.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Monitor government/MAHB airport development projects to ensure alignment with operational standards, specifications, and operational readiness requirements.
• Provide support in delivering operational inputs, standard practices, and MAHB operational requirements during project development and implementation stages.
• Coordinate activities related to Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) including facilities, information, systems, and human resource readiness.
• Facilitate the preparation and coordination of ORAT documentation, schedules, meeting arrangements, and related administrative requirements.
• Compile and maintain data related to operational requirements, airport standards, and emerging technologies relevant to airport development projects.
• Coordinate development project activities including User Requirement Capture, Terms of Reference preparation, project handover processes, and ORAT programme implementation.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather inputs, requirements, and feedback related to development projects.
• Maintain proper documentation and records related to development project coordination, operational readiness requirements, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Challenges

• Ensuring development project operational readiness deliverables are met, identify the gap and proposed solution
• To coordinate with various government agencies/stakeholder and protect MAHB interest on airport development project
• Coordination with various stakeholder, budget owner and project implementor during the ORAT program
• Get the Reporting on-time with various development project manager

Education

• Degree preferably in Engineering /Architecture/Project Management/Operations Management

External

• Degree holder with a minimum of 3.0 CGPA and 2 years relevant experience.
