We are creating a platform where businesses can easily host live streams, engage with their audience, and convert viewers into loyal customers. By leveraging cutting-edge AI technology, we aim to streamline the content creation process, optimize the customer acquisition processes, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Recommendation strategy: Develop and implement recommendation strategies tailored to the lead generation business context; participate in the design of A/B experiments and conduct post-launch evaluations.
- LLM application: Apply large language models (LLMs) to surface user lead generation intent, iterate on user interaction behavior models, and support downstream recommendation strategy improvements.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analysis, user feedback, and industry research to validate product concepts and measure the effectiveness of AI integrations.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with algorithm, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality and scalable product solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong foundational data analysis skills; proficient in SQL or Python, with the ability to independently conduct data exploration and attribution analysis.
- Clear communicator; able to collaborate effectively across algorithm, operations, and other cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates strong product thinking, with the ability to deconstruct ambiguous business challenges into clear and actionable product plans.
- Strong empathy for users and a clear business acumen, with the ability to understand market context and evaluate outcomes.
