Music Teacher

Baton Rouge Ochsner Discovery Health Sciences Academy seeks a Bachelor's or Master's degree teacher certified in music and/or music education. Additional certifications in Elementary/Middle School Education, Talented Music, ELL and/or SPED are beneficial as well. The music teacher will develop and teach music appreciation classes. Familiarity with the Louisiana Student Standards, EOC Assessments, and LEAP Assessment is an asset. An individual with 2+ years experience with students in a school setting is preferred. Leading extracurricular student activities and marching in parades may be required. Position available August 2026. Summer training may be required.
