Job Description
A Organizational Impact 1 Set objectives and deliver results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area 2 Explain facts, practices, policies, etc. to others within the organization 3 Check and correct problems that are not immediately evident in existing systems or process 4 Apply deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas B Project work, implementation projects 1 Creating preliminary examinations due to existing requirements at national and international projects of medium complexity in accordance with already established directives 2 Keeping up-to-date with state of arts technologies on the market and technical selecting and testing system components. Continuous improvements of the existing infrastructure 3 Creation of target concepts taking already existing as well as future infrastructures for projects of low up to medium complexity at given directives into account 4 Setting up a system design required for privacy, data safety and availability 5 Participation in implementation projects 6 Taking over project management for medium-sized projects as well as taking on responsibility for the technical as well as scheduling coordination of all activities in cooperation with the superior 7 Supporting the specialist departments (users) in implementation projects of medium complexity 8 Implementing the required backup/recovery processes C Operation and support 1 Configuring and managing the set system components taking the current Hella Group security policy in accordance with existing guidelines 2 Monitoring, measuring and optimizing systems by applying suitable system management and performance tools 3 Analysis and correction of faults (First/Second-Level support) D Interdisciplinary activities 1 Preparing and handling trainings for the use of the respective system components for all divisions (the user help desk, in particular) 2 Creating documentations concerning the system landscape
