Formulation Documentation Coordinator (12 months' contract)

Join our Formulation team as a Formulation Documentation Coordinator (12 months’ contract) and play a key role in supporting the development and manufacturing of high-quality nutritional products. This is a great opportunity for someone with a science background who enjoys working with data, documentation, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.   Job Status: 12-month contract, full-time Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Work Location: Hybrid – 1550 United Boulevard, Coquitlam, BC Salary Range: $23/hour In this role, you will: Build and maintain a database of processing parameters for Master Manufacturing Documents. Prepare and route Master Manufacturing Documents for approval using established data. Manage Change Control Requests and updates related to BOM and formulation documents. Review scanned formulation documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Support document preparation, printing, filing, and data entry across systems like Genesis and other internal databases. You have: A Technical Diploma in Science (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and data management. Familiarity with systems like Syspro, Asana, or Veeva Vault (considered an asset). Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and translate it into actionable documentation. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is an asset.
