
Service Supervisor - Lead a Field Team

- Lead, coach, and support Service Professionals in the field
- Monitor performance and provide ongoing training and feedback
- Oversee daily scheduling, routing, and service coverage
- Troubleshoot operational issues and support your team as needed
- Perform inspections and treatments when necessary
- Conduct ride-alongs, audits, and quality checks
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Pest control experience required
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations)
- Background check

- Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
