Global FP&A Analyst – AKTG
Location: Monaco
Reporting to: Senior Director of FP&A
The Role
AKTG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics across its global business segments, including tour operations (TOCs), destination management companies (DMCs), owned camps and lodges, river cruise operations, and ocean cruise businesses.
This is a Group-level role supporting the coordination and consolidation of FP&A insights across business segments, helping to provide end-to-end visibility of income statement performance, enhance financial transparency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Working closely with Commercial Finance, Operations, Revenue Management, and regional Finance teams, the Analyst will support the preparation of analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of key financial insights, while contributing to transformation and performance improvement initiatives across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and consolidation of monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes across global business segments
- Assist in providing visibility of income statement performance, including preparation of variance analysis and performance tracking
- Support the standardisation of FP&A processes, assumptions, and reporting frameworks across business segments
- Build and maintain financial models and supporting analysis, including scenario modelling across key drivers
- Consolidate and analyse inputs from Commercial Finance, Revenue Management, and Operations teams to support revenue and margin performance insights
- Analyse key cost drivers and operational performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support the development and maintenance of cash flow forecasts and working capital analysis
- Assist in tracking capital expenditure (capex) and maintaining supporting analysis
- Prepare executive reporting materials, KPI dashboards, and performance packs
- Support strategic initiatives, transformation projects, and performance improvement programmes through analysis and data preparation
- Assist in business case development and investment analysis where required
- Support the improvement and standardisation of data definitions, reporting structures, and data quality across business segments
About You
- 2–4 years’ experience in FP&A, finance, or related analytical roles
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or related industries is advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical skills with good Excel / financial modelling capability
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity focus
- Demonstrated ability (or strong interest) in improving data quality, definitions, and reporting standards
- Comfortable working with imperfect or inconsistent data, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate them into clear, structured analysis
- Good communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly
- Proactive, organised, and eager to develop within a Group FP&A environment
