This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Revenue Operations based in Brazil.

This role sits at the core of a high-growth, global go-to-market engine, driving the systems, processes, and insights that power revenue performance across the organization. You will act as a strategic leader connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to ensure alignment across the entire revenue lifecycle. The position requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, operational rigor, and business partnership to translate data into scalable growth strategies. You will be responsible for improving forecasting accuracy, optimizing GTM planning, and building compensation and quota frameworks that support business objectives. In addition, you will shape pricing, deal governance, and commercial operations to maximize efficiency and profitability. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role in a fast-moving, data-driven environment focused on scaling impact and operational excellence. You will directly influence how revenue is generated, measured, and optimized across the organization.
