In this role, you will lead a global Sales Engineering organization supporting the growth of a modern data integration and ELT platform used by thousands of data-driven companies worldwide. You will be responsible for shaping technical pre-sales strategy, building and scaling high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent excellence across customer engagements. This position sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and product, requiring both deep technical expertise and strong commercial acumen. You will partner closely with global sales leadership to drive complex enterprise deals, refine technical messaging, and improve win rates. A key part of the role involves translating customer needs into scalable solutions while influencing product direction through structured feedback loops. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a fast-scaling, data-focused SaaS environment.
