About the Job
- Manages Key Accounts in own book of business and maintains strong relationships with key customers for a long-term success
- Strategically develops key customers by knowing their business needs and designing tailored and complex solutions
- Acquires new key customers in line with HWL's business strategy and negotiates sales terms and contracts
- Manages sales planning, MBRs, QBRs and annual business reviews (alignment with Customer Excellence Managers if existing)
- Records sales data and maintains customer database in CRM (HISA)
- Actively collaborates with Products regarding individual product design for customers, pricing, tenders and customer service
- Executes sales strategies, initiatives and processes provided by global/regional/country sales leadership team
- Adheres to sales policies and procedures and complies with relevant regulations
About You

- Education: Apprenticeship in Office Administration required. Bachelor’s degree in office administration preferred or MBA
- Languages: Proficient in National Language; Advanced in English
- Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years of work experience as Sales Executive/Representative; Optional: several years of operational work experience in the logistics industry with strong sales mentality; Experience in serving complex customer needs and in stakeholder management; Freight forwarding experience preferred
