🎯 What's your mission?
To join the fragrance development team of the Creative Centre in Dubai. He/She will act as a pivotal link between clients, perfumers, marketing and commercial teams to translate market insights into winning olfactive creations, ensuring technical excellence, speed, and relevance.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Responsible for creating and developing fragrance compositions that meet customer briefs and internal project requirements, while respecting price, technical/regulatory, creative guidelines and deadlines/priorities.
Select fragrances from the fragrance library in response to customer briefs
Update the local fragrance library, ensuring a relevant and highly accepted collection of fragrance themes to answer briefs efficiently
Coordinate and manage fragrance development projects from brief reception to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
Ability to translate clients’ needs clear briefs to perfumers
Analyze client olfactive strategy and build action plan/ project timeline with Account Manager
Observe and analyze market and consumer trends to support fragrance innovation and translate into proactive proposals and brief anticipation
Feed market insights into regional & global olfactive strategies
Lead interactions with clients during development, feedback and co creation sessions
Present fragrance concepts / reworks to client with strong story telling
Act as a role model/reference for FDMs
Share best practices, olfactive knowledge with FDM community
✅ What you need to shine in this role
Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Fragrances, or equivalent (Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred)
Between 4 -7 years Fragrance Development experience in the ME region preferably
Excellent olfactive capabilities with winning track record in the industry
