The (USA) Director, Operations and Implementation leads the development and execution of strategic initiatives across multiple projects and programs Globally, and at scale. They will ensure alignment with business objectives and support segment strategies. The team leads the management and enhancement of talent and recruiting systems, aligning operations with business goals and evolving workforce needs. Collaborating with HR, Recruiting, IT, and cross-functional partners, they ensure operational excellence through data integrity, system security, and policy compliance. Utilizing data-driven insights, the team continuously improves system performance and streamlines workflows globally. Through strategic leadership and effective resource management, they advance organizational talent systems to deliver measurable outcomes and support ongoing improvement initiatives, fostering scalable and efficient operations aligned with business strategies.
What you'll do...
- Lead the development and improvement of multiple projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business initiatives and support segment strategy.
- Manage interdependencies across the implementation portfolio by assessing capacity, resources, and prioritization to meet strategic objectives.
- Design and operationalize initiatives within support segment frameworks, ensuring target associate and customer experiences are represented.
- Deploy leadership methodologies and operational processes across functions, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring execution.
- Analyze business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective strategies, plans, and resource allocations.
- Foster talent development through recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning to maintain a skilled workforce.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships and communicate changes to gain stakeholders globally.
- Proven strategic leadership and operations management experience driving complex projects and programs.
- Expertise in aligning business initiatives with support segment strategies and managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong ability to develop and implement scalable operational processes, methodologies, and improvement solutions.
- Demonstrated skills in resource planning, capacity assessment, and prioritization to meet business objectives.
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities to gain alignment and support.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
