The Senior Recruiter supports Walmart’s Business Retail and Specialty functions by partnering with hiring managers across Realty, Store Operations, Last Mile Delivery, and related areas. This team drives strategic talent acquisition efforts, managing the full recruiting lifecycle for internal and external candidates. They leverage data-driven insights and agile methodologies to enhance hiring processes and stakeholder communications. Focused on continuous improvement, the team collaborates cross-functionally to address talent needs, optimize recruitment strategies, and deliver effective solutions that align with business goals and operational priorities.
What you'll do...
- Align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives to address workforce needs effectively.
- Partner with stakeholders to assess talent requirements and develop data-driven recruitment plans.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring timely and quality candidate selection and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and market insights to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Provide guidance on interview frameworks, assessment criteria, and candidate evaluation best practices.
- Analyze talent data to inform decision-making and recommend process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to support evolving talent needs.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
