Mission Details
Marketing:
- Market research: Various downstream markets, product dynamic, upstream, competitors
- Monitor regulations related to both refrigerants and foam applications
- Support BU Asian management team to define Asian strategy. Support global strategic marketing
- Product promotion and education in different channels
Technical support
- Application knowledge hub: technical solutions, trainings and introductions for customers and sales team
- Coordinate with R&D, commercial team and customers for needs identification, testing, trial, piloting
- Support sales/marketing on other technical topics
Business Development:
- Datacenter cooling: Work with global BD manager to identify opportunity in Liquid Cooling.
- Datacenter cooling: Select and develop pilot customers for new product trial.
- Support HVACR and rigid foam BD as needed.
