District Manager

Responsible for overseeing all aspects, including supervision of team, staff development and training of the retail propane district operations and margin management and control of expenses of the assigned district. Leads district operations within an assigned service area to safely deliver propane for our customers and the communities that we serve. The Required to regularly and customarily exercise discretion in managing the overall operation of the district within the assigned service area. This role is responsible for effectively working with resource partners (HR, BIS, Sales/Marketing/Admin and others) to achieve common goals and resolve issues.
