About the Team The TikTok Talent Acquisition Team builds a team of some of the best Product Managers, Regional Operations, Data Analysts, Customer Service, Project Management at all levels. You will be responsible for partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey. What You Will Do
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical and non-technical talents of all levels.
- Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, hiring managers and other Talent Sourcers to meet and exceed business objectives and manage stakeholder relationships.
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipelines (via LinkedIn, and alternative search techniques).
- Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth.
- Own the interview scheduling process and maintain clear lines of communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Be the ambassador of TikTok's culture, ensuring all candidates leave with a positive impression of our organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of end to end recruiting experience;
- Business level proficiency in Japanese and English to support hiring in Japan;
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;
- A results-oriented self-starter who is data-driven, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of working experience.

- Experience and/or willingness to partner with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
