Description
We are looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert who can build, optimize, and manage automation workflows, pipelines, and funnels for clients. You’ll play a key role in developing advanced CRM systems, integrating marketing automation, and improving client acquisition funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize GoHighLevel accounts, snapshots, pipelines, and workflows.
- Design and optimize lead capture funnels, forms, and email/SMS automations.
- Integrate third-party tools (Zapier, webhooks, APIs, calendars, etc.).
- Troubleshoot automations and maintain high campaign deliverability.
- Develop dashboards and reporting inside GHL for client KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to enhance CRM performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel (minimum 1 year).
- Strong understanding of funnels, automations, pipelines, triggers, and campaigns.
- Experience with Zapier, or API integrations.
- Excellent understanding of email marketing, tagging logic, and automation sequences.
- Good communication skills and ability to document systems clearly.
- Bonus: Experience with agency SaaS setups and snapshot duplication.
