About this position:
The Loan Services Senior Specialist ensures that issues are identified and resolved and recognize when escalation is necessary. Responsibilities will also include quality control of data and accurate tracking and reporting of exceptions. Evaluate and identify process improvements. Provide operational support to branches and assist management with coordinating tasks.
Essential Job Functions:
> Provide training, support, and guidance as appropriate to co-workers and customers.
> Assist with training the team through day-to-day operations, projects, and special assignments to meet department and Company goals.
> Provide consistent, outstanding internal customer service by anticipating and reacting to customer needs.
> Formulate and implement strategies and processes to achieve department goals in timely manner.
> Oversee critical tasks in absence of Team Lead or Management.
> Research data for management reports, audits, and projects as assigned.
> Process and review data for proper authorizations and compliance meeting all department policies and procedures.

Education/Certifications:
> Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
> 3 years of experience in banking and/or customer service preferred
Skills/Knowledge:
> Extensive knowledge of banking rules and regulations pertaining to loan accounts
> Proven ability to analyze and solve problems
> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
> Ability to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods of time
> Ability to repetitively use a telephone, computer mouse, and keyboard for extended durations
> Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
> Work is performed primarily in a professional office environment

The salary range for this position is $21.00-$25.00 an hour commensurate with experience and education. Additional compensation may be earned through the Company’s annual bonus program, subject to individual and company performance.
