Chargeman B0 (Bandar Seri Iskandar, Perak)

Responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems (including HT/LV systems) to meet operational demand and contractual requirements. The role ensures minimal downtime, optimal plant performance, and full compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety standards across assigned facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor HT/LV electrical systems and associated mechanical systems to ensure continuous and stable plant operation.
• Ensure plant performance meets required cooling load / operational demand and technical KPIs.
• Respond promptly to system alarms, faults, and abnormalities.
• Execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with the Master Maintenance Plan.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in compliance with O&M standards and safety procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga) and safety standards.
• Enforce safe work practices, permit-to-work (PTW) system, and risk assessments.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and statutory inspections.

Requirements:

• Chargeman B0 certification (valid and registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga).
• Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in plant operations or maintenance (HT systems preferred).
• Experience in shift-based operations is an advantage.
