Job Description
What’s it all about?
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa and drives tangible, impactful, and measurable financial results for Visa’s network clients, including financial institutions, FinTech's, and merchants. Drawing on expertise in strategy, data analytics, payments, operations, and economics, VCA helps clients solve their most important business challenges and capture new growth opportunities.
VCA Implementation Services (VIS) extends Visa’s consulting capabilities by turning strategic recommendations into practical, scalable solutions. We help clients implement change effectively, accelerate adoption, and realize value faster in an increasingly digital payments landscape.
We are looking for a Project Manager for Cards and Payments with a strong blend of fluency in both business and technology. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently engage with senior business stakeholders, technology teams, and compliance functions alike, and translate complex technical conversations into clear business opportunities and measurable financial outcomes.
The ideal candidate is comfortable assessing current-state technology environments, shaping future-state blueprints, and contributing to technical design across modern payments solutions. At the same time, they can connect these technical capabilities to broader client priorities, whether that means enabling growth, improving efficiency, reducing risk, or accelerating time to market. This role requires someone who can bridge technology, business, and compliance, and turn technical change into strategic and commercial value.
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Visa product integrations, implementation, and migration projects, including solutions such as Pismo, Tink, and Visa Direct, while also acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Beyond driving readiness, execution, and successful adoption, you will help identify where technology can unlock new business opportunities, strengthen client propositions, and deliver meaningful commercial outcomes for both clients and Visa.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Translate complex technical topics into clear business value, client impact, and commercial opportunities
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance across cross-functional teams
Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout delivery, helping drive adoption, readiness, and measurable outcomes
Identify opportunities to strengthen client value, accelerate impact, and support broader business growth
Use data, metrics, and client feedback to track progress and improve delivery performance
Why this role?
This role sits at the intersection of technology delivery, business value, and client impact. It is a strong fit for someone who enjoys understanding how things work technically but is equally motivated by the commercial and strategic outcomes those solutions can create.
You will not only help clients implement Visa solutions successfully but also help them understand how technology can enable growth, unlock efficiency, strengthen compliance readiness, and create measurable financial value. In doing so, you will play an important role in connecting delivery excellence with broader client success.
