Our product portfolio is recognized for reliability, innovation, and performance.  Position Overview Your role will focus on supporting existing products and proposing, designing, and implementing changes to devices used in electronic intrusion security systems (burglar and hold-up alarm systems).This position plays a key role in sustaining the current product portfolio and in Value Engineering (VE) initiatives aimed at optimizing cost, component availability, quality, and product reliability throughout the entire product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Contribute to defining features and functionality of intrusion system products Actively participate in Value Engineering (VE) activities, including cost analysis, design optimization, and proposing alternative technical and component solutions Sustain and continuously improve existing products (sustaining engineering) Prepare, maintain, and update project documentation Design electronic devices (schematics and PCB layout) Select electronic components and propose alternatives(EOL, PCN, and supply risk management) Perform electronic circuit simulations Bring up and debug newly designed hardware Execute prototype testing and preliminary verification tests Define and verify qualification test plans Support manufacturing during production ramp-up and implementation of design changes Analyze failures and perform root cause analysis Troubleshoot issues observed in released and mass-produced products Participate in design reviews Cooperate with external electrical and mechanical design suppliers Requirements Please submit your CV if you have: A few years of experience in product and/or mixed-signal (analog/digital) electronic design Strong hands-on skills in electronic measurements and debugging(oscilloscope, signal generator, spectrum analyzer, etc.) Ability to independently analyze designs and propose robust, production-ready solutions Good command of English, both written and spoken A relevant technical university degree (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar) Nice to Have Experience designing hardware for intrusion / security systems Experience in microcontroller programming Knowledge of EDA tools such as Altium Designer, CADSTAR, PADS Experience in Value Engineering and/or sustaining engineering activities Familiarity with manufacturing processes and factory collaboration Experience with Atlassian tools, especially Jira and Confluence We Offer Work on modern intrusion security systems with real-world impact Real influence on product cost, quality, and long-term sustainability Stable employment in a mature engineering environment Collaboration with international R&D and manufacturing teams Opportunities for expert-level growth in sustaining engineering and VE Competitive salary and benefits package:  Meal Vouchers LuxMed Medical Insurance MultiSport Card IKZE/IKZE Additional Pension Contribution Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
