Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented SH&E Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to lead administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Parsons' safety compliance systems, contractor pre-qualification platforms and safety data management processes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Contractor Compliance & Client Qualification Management
Manage and maintain contractor prequalification platforms including ISNetworld (ISN), Avetta, Veriforce, PEC, and client-specific compliance portals.
Ensure all safety documentation, policies, insurance certificates, EMR data, OSHA statistics, and client requirements remain current and compliant.
Monitor contractor qualification scores and performance indicators to maintain approved contractor status.
Coordinate corrective actions for deficiencies impacting client compliance ratings.
Serve as the primary liaison with clients regarding contractor qualification and compliance requirements.
Support proposal and business development teams by validating compliance requirements and qualification status.
Safety Systems Administration
Administer corporate safety management systems including incident reporting, corrective action tracking, and safety performance databases.
Maintain system integrity, user access controls, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
Coordinate system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new functionality.
Develop dashboards and reporting tools supporting operational and executive decision-making.
Provide technical support and training to users across the organization.
Data Integrity & Reporting
Establish and maintain data governance standards for safety reporting.
Conduct routine quality assurance reviews of incident, inspection, audit, and compliance data.
Validate OSHA, BLS, client, and internal safety metrics prior to submission.
Perform trend analysis and identify discrepancies, reporting errors, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure consistent reporting methodologies across sectors, projects, and business units.
Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and scorecards.
Regulatory & Client Reporting
Coordinate preparation and submission of OSHA, BLS, client, and regulatory reports.
Support workers’ compensation and incident reporting requirements.
Maintain records in accordance with regulatory and client retention requirements.
Ensure timely completion of contractual reporting obligations.
Insurance & Documentation Management
Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs), policy documentation, and compliance submissions.
Coordinate with Risk Management, Legal, and insurance providers to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Maintain document repositories and compliance records supporting client audits and reviews.
Incident Data Management
Oversee incident data quality and reporting accuracy.
Review investigations for completeness and data integrity.
Ensure corrective actions are properly documented, tracked, and closed.
Support trend analysis and organizational learning initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
Develop processes to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and compliance performance.
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
Support implementation of Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) principles within reporting and learning systems.
Lead compliance and reporting audits to verify system effectiveness.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of related work experience in the field of Health and Safety, including some supervisory experience.
Extensive knowledge of Federal and State health and safety regulations and reporting procedures.
Advanced knowledge of safety-related national consensus standards (e.g., ANSI, NFPA).
Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Ability to perform in a supervisory/managerial capacity
