
Associate Delivery Operations Analyst
Job Description
Qualifications:
Experience
- 1–3 years in an operations analyst, business analyst, or Computer Science degree.
- Experience working in a multisite, distributed, or logistics-intensive operations environment is a strong plus.
- Track record of translating operational needs into development-ready requirements.
Skills
- Process documentation and mapping — BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Functional requirements writing and user story development.
- Data analysis — proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, AI, or equivalent tools.
- Comfort working with SQL or structured data queries to pull and validate operational data.
- Strong communicator who can work effectively with bridge leads, field operations teams, PMO, and technical developers.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with platforms such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or custom-built operational tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery — writing tickets, participating in sprint reviews, working within a development cadence.
- Exposure to data governance frameworks or master data management concepts.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $55,000.00 to $80,000.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
