This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of civic technology, AI, and large-scale consumer product development. You will define and execute the product vision for a platform designed to strengthen democratic participation and unlock cross-partisan consensus at scale. The role blends 0→1 product creation with the challenge of scaling to millions of users across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will lead the translation of a highly ambitious civic mission into a simple, trusted, and engaging user experience. A core focus will be building an AI-native product organization that leverages modern tooling to accelerate learning, shipping, and iteration. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and research teams to ensure the product is both technically scalable and deeply user-centric. The environment is fast-moving, mission-driven, and built around urgency, intellectual rigor, and high ownership.
