We’re Hiring: Cleaner/Helper

Ali & Sons Real Estate, a member of the well-established Ali & Sons Group, is looking for a Cleaner/Helper to support the upkeep and cleanliness of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces throughout the facility.
• Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Empty and dispose of trash in designated disposal areas.
• Clean and disinfect garbage rooms regularly.
• Dust and clean all furniture and fixtures.
• Vacuum and clean carpeted floor areas.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, switches, and handrails.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces as required.
• Report any maintenance, safety, or hygiene issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow assigned cleaning checklists and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are properly used, stored, and maintained.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Secondary School / Vocational School
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a cleaner or helper
