This role is a client-facing customer success position focused on building strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers using a leading learning technology platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, and expansion of digital learning solutions to ensure they achieve maximum value from the platform. The position requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders, including learning managers and executive leadership, to align product capabilities with business and L&D objectives. You will combine technical understanding with consultative expertise to support integrations, improve product usage, and drive customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role where you will manage multiple accounts simultaneously while identifying opportunities for growth and deeper engagement. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer insights with internal product and engineering teams.
