XRAY Supervisor

The X-Ray Department Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of X-Ray services and staff across all locations. This role coordinates daily operations, maintains department schedules, and ensures appropriate staffing coverage to support patient care and workflow efficiency.
 The Supervisor works in collaboration with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) to address staffing needs, operational challenges, and departmental performance. This position provides direct supervision, training, and support to X-Ray staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, safety regulations, and organizational expectations. The X-Ray Department Supervisor is a working supervisor who also performs Radiologic exams and completes administrative assignments as directed by the COO.
