This role is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting contract position responsible for driving hiring execution across a diverse and fast-moving portfolio of roles spanning technical, product, commercial, operations, and data disciplines. You will act as the primary talent acquisition partner, owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle in a complex, post-merger environment where clarity, structure, and momentum are critical. Working closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, you will help define hiring needs, align stakeholders, and ensure disciplined execution throughout each search. The role requires strong stakeholder management, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to influence decisions in time-sensitive situations. You will play a key role in improving hiring velocity, elevating candidate experience, and strengthening overall recruiting operations. This is an autonomous position with support for coordination tasks, allowing you to focus on strategic recruiting execution and delivery excellence.
