Digital Dynamics, Inc. (DDI) is a leading designer and manufacturer of real-time machine and process controllers used in semiconductor and industrial automation applications. We are currently seeking skilled Assemblers with soldering experience to support urgent production needs.
Position Summary
The Assembler – Soldering Contractor will support manufacturing operations by performing soldering and electronic assembly work under the guidance of full-time assemblers. This role requires experience using soldering irons, assembling through-hole components, and working with small hand tools in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Solder wires to connectors, LEDs, and other electronic components
- Assemble through-hole parts and small electronic assemblies
- Use soldering irons and hand tools safely and effectively
- Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and manufacturing procedures
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Support production and assembly teams as needed
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous soldering and electronic assembly experience required
- Experience with wire-to-connector soldering preferred
- Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Manufacturing or electronics assembly background preferred
