Overview About the Role We are looking for a Senior Media Manager to support one of Publicis Groupe's largest and most strategically important technology and consumer electronics clients in Singapore. This role will lead integrated media planning across multiple business units and campaigns, partnering with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional agency teams to develop impactful communications strategies that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong media planning expertise with the ability to build trusted client relationships and guide integrated planning across a complex business. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Client Leadership Lead the development of integrated media strategies and plans across our client’s portfolio of businesses. Translate business objectives into actionable media recommendations across paid, owned, and earned channels. Act as a trusted day-to-day strategic advisor to client stakeholders. Develop clear planning frameworks, audience strategies, channel approaches, and measurement plans. Campaign Development & Optimization Collaborate with performance, programmatic, social, commerce, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Develop strategic POVs on emerging media trends, consumer behaviours, and market opportunities. Team & Operational Excellence Guide and mentor junior planners and account team members. Ensure planning quality, consistency, and strategic rigour across deliverables. Support workflow management, forecasting, and resource planning. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. Commercial & Business Stewardship Support scope management and account governance processes. Identify opportunities for account growth and deeper client partnerships. Maintain awareness of client priorities, market developments, and competitive activity. Qualifications 6–8 years of media planning experience within agency or integrated marketing environments. Strong experience developing integrated media strategies across digital and offline channels. Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations. Experience working on large-scale consumer brands is highly desirable. Experience in technology, telecommunications, electronics, or retail categories is advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

6–8 years of media planning experience within agency or integrated marketing environments. Strong experience developing integrated media strategies across digital and offline channels. Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting strategic recommendations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations. Experience working on large-scale consumer brands is highly desirable. Experience in technology, telecommunications, electronics, or retail categories is advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
