You will act as a key legal advisor supporting high-impact commercial deals, including customer agreements, API and data contracts, and strategic vendor partnerships. The position requires a pragmatic, business-oriented legal mindset, helping teams navigate risk while enabling speed and growth. You will collaborate closely with go-to-market, product, marketing, finance, and security teams to structure solutions that are both legally sound and operationally efficient. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in modernizing legal operations through AI-enabled workflows and scalable contract processes. Reporting to senior legal leadership, this role is highly cross-functional and influential, shaping how legal supports innovation across the organization.
