About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and analytically minded Systems & Tools Masterdata Management Coordinator to join our Aftermarket team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving business performance by optimizing systems, enhancing data quality, and enabling smarter decision-making.
You’ll act as a bridge between business and IT - translating data into insights, improving processes, and delivering impactful reporting solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Optimize and maintain ERP systems to ensure accurate and reliable data
Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI)
Analyze business data (sales, forecasts, budgets) to generate actionable insights
Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions
Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to improve workflows
Support implementation and testing of system and process enhancements
Ensure data quality and manage databases (SQL)
Contribute to ETL processes and data pipeline development
Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Background & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, or business systems
Fluent english - written and spoken. Please make sure to forward your application in English.
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of SQL, Python (nice to have), or similar tools
Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI (or equivalent)
Familiarity with ERP systems and data environments
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple, clear way
Collaborative and stakeholder-focused approach
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
Nice to Have
Experience with ETL processes, data engineering, or automation
Knowledge of tools such as VBA, Power Query, Azure
Understanding of logistics, supply chain, or budgeting processes
