Production Technician

Job Function: Operations  Job Family: Production      SUMMARY:    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Electro/Mechanical Assembler is responsible for completing manufacturing assignments as directed by the Production Supervisor or Manager.  Typical duties and tasks to be completed in compliance with the requirements of Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) per current GMP’s, QSR and company policies and procedures.   Establish good relationships with fellow colleagues in order to work in a team environment. Coordinate their work tasks to effectively meet the daily production output requirements. Develop a systematic way of ensuring a consistent level of quality and output.  Manage the workspace to comply with the 6S process. Assembly medical devices as per manufacturing instructions Input into ERP system hours worked and any operational information for the work orders. Follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers. And other duties as assigned.           Travel Required:  (minimal, moderate, extensive) – Minimal <5%.           Education and/or Experience            Level I   High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
