ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Analyst who would be Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Management.
You will support the team by delivering accurate reporting, maintaining revenue management systems, and implementing pricing and segment strategies. You will work closely with hotels to ensure effective execution of revenue management tasks and contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes. This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and skill development within the field of revenue management.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure hotels receive the Revenue Management deliverables according to the task / core deliverables list, which is established for each hotel.
· Update pricing, positioning and deploy segment strategies following the agreed strategy
· Support the coordination and planning on the 18 month total hotel revenue forecasting process and annual budgeting.
· Produce reports, analyse data and pro-actively anticipate on changing needs and opportunities.
· Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats.
· Ensure accurate content, availability, and pricing on all distribution channels.
· Participate in departmental meetings, team briefings, and project work.
· Ensure that hotels follow the established distribution guidelines.
