Sr. Product Designer

This role focuses on shaping and evolving high-impact digital experiences that help millions of students and families navigate complex education decisions with clarity and confidence. You will design across web and mobile surfaces, improving personalized communication experiences between students and educational institutions. The work spans early-stage product definition through polished UI, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, iteration, and data-informed design. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to refine emerging AI-driven features and ensure they feel human, intuitive, and effective. This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on role where systems thinking, content strategy, and interaction design all come together. You will also work in a modern AI-enabled design environment where prototyping, tooling, and design-to-code workflows are part of everyday practice.
