• Role Overview: As a Senior Registered Nurse, you are responsible for overseeing patient care delivery, managing nursing teams, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff, assist with training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and patient management abilities.
• Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; current state RN license required.
