POSITION PROFILE Position Title:  Full time Sales Associates Location:        Boston (Wrentham Outlets)   Objective: Joseph Ribkoff is seeking a style-driven Full time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales, merchandising, and daily store operations. This role is ideal for a fashion-focused professional who thrives in a retail environment and enjoys building lasting client relationships.   Responsibilities: Provide warm, personalized customer service and professional styling advice Drive sales through strong product knowledge and understanding client needs Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive, supportive work environment Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards Accurately process transactions using the POS system Assist with inventory, receiving, replenishment, and general store upkeep Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards   Required Qualifications: Previous experience in luxury or fashion retail sales preferred Friendly, approachable, and confident with a polished professional presence Persuasive, sales-minded, and customer-focused Willingness to learn and grow within the brand Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Sales-driven, passion for fashion Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends   Physical Requirements:  Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
