You will play a key role in shaping a positive, high-performance culture by providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The position blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution, ensuring people programs are effectively implemented and continuously improved. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional People teams to support scalable solutions that enhance team effectiveness and engagement. This is a highly influential role where sound judgment, coaching ability, and strong business acumen directly impact organizational health. You will also leverage people data and insights to guide decisions and proactively address workforce challenges in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
