About the role
Marketing Manager - Indonesia
Envista is seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth in Indonesia. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for delivering monthly and annual revenue and profit targets, supported by accurate forecasting of sales and expenses.
What You'll Do
You will oversee distribution channels (80%) which may include a direct sales force, and foster strong relationships with top customers, universities, and key opinion leaders to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. A key part of your mission will be to build and lead a high-performing distributor, providing training, and developing their capability aligned with strategic goals and evolving business needs. You will identify priority customer segments, execute targeted go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with global business units to address product gaps. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the marketing initiatives (20%) for the Indonesia business. You will drive marketing and branding campaign (digital, trade events, T&E, analytics, global liaison) strategy and execution, while representing Envista at industry events and associations.
Reporting to the Country Manager, Indonesia, you will work cross-functionally with sales, finance, customer service, and technical support teams. Success in this role will be measured by sales revenue, operating margin, talent retention, and the effective use of the Envista Business System (EBS) to drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements:
What You'll Bring
Minimum 8 years of commercial experience, including at least 3 years in a US or European multinational environment
Degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field
Relevant experience in dental or medical devices, including professional consumables
Proven track record in strategic channel management, account management, value-based selling, and driving profitable growth
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with fluency in the local language
Established network within the Indonesian healthcare ecosystem, especially with KOLs, specialist doctors, and hospital stakeholders (preferred)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market dynamics and develop winning strategies
High technical aptitude and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willingness to travel extensively (50–70% within Indonesia)
Valid driver’s license and personal transport required
