
Systems Engineer (TS/SCI with FS Polygraph)
Job Description
Location: Fort Meade, MD
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph

- You’ll Drive Innovation: Lead system design and integration efforts, developing technical documentation and systems architecture that align with high-level mission objectives.
- You’ll Collaborate: Work closely with government stakeholders, senior executives, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure technical integrity and successful system implementation.
- You’ll Be a Leader: Provide technical leadership, guiding system development and implementation from requirements gathering to system integration and testing.
- Analyze & Design: Analyze user requirements, develop system specifications, and lead system design and development activities.
- Guide & Advise: Guide users in formulating system requirements, provide alternatives, and conduct feasibility studies.
- Technical Leadership: Provide leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, ensuring the seamless integration of systems into ongoing operations.
- Documentation & Testing: Develop technical documentation, including system architecture and design documents, and prepare system integration and test plans.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Communicate with government personnel, senior executives, and program personnel to address technical considerations and resolve system issues.
- Expertise in Network Information Service (NIS) and UNIX/LINUX operating systems, including RedHat or CentOS.
- Proven experience developing and implementing system configuration scripts in Python, Perl, Java, ksh, csh, Bourne, or Bash.
- Hands-on experience with VMware, including ESX and Horizon, as well as Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of systems and network security, auditing, and user authentication.
- Experience applying Operating System patches and upgrades regularly, and upgrading administrative tools and utilities.
- Experience with STE and STN technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of systems engineering experience; or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- DoD 8570 compliance IAT Category, Level II Certification. (Security +)
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- $100,000 - $140,000 annually. At DeNOVO Solutions, we value experience and expertise. Compensation may exceed the listed range to align with the skills and experience of the candidate.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per hour
