The TikTok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok Ecommerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities: Seller Growth & Engagement
- Support the execution of seller growth programs such as webinars, educational sessions, and platform campaigns while assisting Category and Operations teams in promoting key initiatives including campaigns, LIVE activities, and promotional events.
- Help drive seller participation in platform programs, campaigns, and content initiatives and monitor seller feedback to help identify opportunities to improve engagement. Content & Communication
- Support the creation and coordination of seller-facing communications across email, social channels, webinars, and community groups to help ensure communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with platform guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and assets for seller communications, and assist in maintaining communication calendars and campaign materials organized and updated Campaign & Project Management
- Support cross-functional seller marketing projects by coordinating with teams such as Content, LIVE, Product, Legal, and Operations.
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to help ensure smooth execution and assist with campaign setup, reporting, and operational tasks.
Minimum Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong interest in e-commerce, creator economy, digital marketing, and marketplace platforms.
- Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualification
- Previous internship or extracurricular experience in marketing, e-commerce, digital content, operations, or project coordination is a plus.
