Our Opportunity:

 

The incumbent will support the Financial Adviser business development team in expanding General Insurance distribution and achieving planned sales targets within the Financial Adviser sector in Singapore.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Support business development managers by facilitating the new business and renewal placement processes.
• Liaise with FA intermediaries and the policy management team to follow up on outstanding new business and renewal requirements.
• Assist with regular sales and pipeline reporting, as well as presentation preparation.
• Craft and maintain Power BI Dashboards in accordance to Team's Analytical, Visualization and Operational Needs.
• Perform Sales and Trends Analysis, to Display Historical and Projected Sales Performances, for relevant products and LOBs.
• Perform Data Reconciliation via Power BI.
• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of FA events.
• Perform any other duties as needed to facilitate and enhance the business development process.

 

Capabilities and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage.
• Highly motivated to foster team relationships and contribute positively to team success.
• Adaptable and demonstrates a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive in problem-solving and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
