Job Description

The GSM Program & Project Manager is a strategic and operational leadership role within the Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) organization. Reporting to the Pricing Board and Global Quote Center leadership, this position is responsible for leading business-critical programs and cross-functional initiatives that improve pricing, quotation processes, allocation coordination, and overall sales support operations.
 

The role serves as a key link between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, and Operations, ensuring alignment across functions to resolve urgent business challenges and implement sustainable process improvements. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, enhance customer responsiveness, and strengthen collaboration between commercial and supply chain teams in a global environment.

 

What You Will Do

Lead Strategic Programs and Projects

  • Manage complex, cross-functional programs that drive improvements in pricing, quotation management, allocation processes, and sales support operations.

  • Lead high-priority business initiatives and task forces to resolve urgent operational issues and customer-impacting challenges.

  • Define project objectives, timelines, deliverables, and ownership structures to ensure successful execution.

  • Establish project governance, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies.

  • Align project priorities and resources with GSM leadership and business objectives.
     

Drive Sales Support and Supply Chain Coordination

  • Partner closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) to improve allocation processes and supply-demand coordination.

  • Enhance collaboration between Sales, SCM, and Operations to ensure reliable customer commitments and effective prioritization.

  • Coordinate activities related to allocation management, order prioritization, and customer request fulfillment.

  • Lead escalation management and drive resolution of critical supply-demand mismatches.

  • Standardize workflows, communication channels, and tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
     

Improve Pricing and Quote Management Excellence

  • Optimize pricing and quotation processes within the Pricing Board and Global Quote Center.

  • Improve quotation turnaround time, consistency, and quality through process enhancements.

  • Strengthen governance and transparency in pricing decisions.

  • Support the development and implementation of reporting tools, analytics, and performance dashboards.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

What You Will Need

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or a related technology-driven environment.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale programs and projects in a global, cross-functional organization.

  • Experience in sales operations, pricing, supply chain coordination, or commercial operations is highly desirable.
     

Technical & Business Skills

  • Strong program and project management expertise.

  • Solid understanding of pricing strategies, sales operations, and supply chain processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Experience driving business process optimization and operational excellence.

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and reporting frameworks.
     

Leadership & Interpersonal Skills

  • Results-oriented with a proactive and agile mindset.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking capabilities in a global environment.

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage urgent business situations.

  • Skilled at building alignment and collaboration across diverse teams and regions
