Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. AI Program Manager to lead the successful integration and rollout of cutting-edge AI tools within our Technology organization, as well as support the formation of related governance and processes needed for Sinch as a whole.
This pivotal role will be at the forefront of our AI strategy, both within the Technology organization and the broader company, responsible for driving adoption, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the safe and scalable use of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Execution: Support the formulation and execution of the overarching adoption and rollout strategy for AI tools and technologies across the organization.
AI Champions Program: Continue to evolve and manage our AI Champions program to educate employees, foster innovation, and inform the strategic rollout of new AI tools.
Community Facilitation: Facilitate engaging AI Champion sharing sessions and manage communication channels (e.g., Slack) to encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Governance and Financial Operations: Partner with Finance, Security, and IT to define and evolve governance, financial processes, and policies for AI usage, including cost allocation and capitalization.
User Enablement: Identify common user profiles within the organization and create comprehensive documentation detailing suggested AI tools and best practices to accelerate onboarding and adoption for new users.
Platform Management: Own and manage user access for the Technology department in our key AI tool platforms, including Cursor, Claude, and future platforms.
The role is based at SINCH HQ in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to the Chief of Staff in the Technology organization.
Requirements:
To be successful in the role you are a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, data, IT, legal, and finance, to establish robust AI governance and processes.
Proven experience in program or project management, particularly in technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation capacity, from a global complex organization.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, tools, and the overall landscape of artificial intelligence.
Experience in user lifecycle management for enterprise software platforms.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders from Security, Legal, and Finance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience in community management being a plus.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level goals into actionable execution plans.
