Objective / Purpose of the Function: Satisfactorily develop the assigned activities in the Printing department. Develop and execute a strategic plan to support and continually improve the knowledge, skills and learning environment in a mid-size, high-mix, multinational engineering and manufacturing organization. Authority: Consult FMI-143 for individual Standard Operation Procedures related to authorities/responsibilities on Management System. Principal Responsibilities: • Develop with quality the activities assigned by your immediate superior within the printing area. • Correct completion of forms required in the process as applicable or assigned. • Follow the internal work regulations. • Process inspection and self-directed inspection in first parts • Responsibility and ability to train co-workers. • Compliance with the objectives identified for the printing area. • Compliance with the objectives and quality parameters that the printing department demands. • Application of the work regulations, Safety and Policies of ISO 9001, ISO 14001. • Comply with each of the points considered within the code of conduct (ethics) of Spellman de México, S.A. of C.V. • Including all activities inherent to the position Competences / abilities: Range/Level: (1-Basic, 2-Intermediate, 3- Advanced, 4- Expert) • Technical or preparatory baccalaureate • Six months in similar position • Operation and implementation of Set Up in VIPROS AE EQUIPMENT, use of FABRIVISION scan • Operation and implementation of Set Up in VIPROS KING EQUIPMENT, use of FABRIVISION scan. • Operation and parameter configuration on AMADA bending machines • Operation and Set Up of Amada Slicer. • Operation and Set Up in Bench Drills • Silkscreen Application • Plan Interpretation • Knowledge of measurement tools (Caliper, Protractor and Squares). • Basic EnglishWe at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
