The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for serving as a leader to the Guest Service Team while overseeing the daily operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

- Ensure that meeting rooms are set for group use
- Assist with special event set up, as needed
- Maintain bikes, bike racks, and golf cart inventories
- Complete daily rounds to ensure a 5-star appearance
- Supervises all transportation across property
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position.
Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading Guest Service Team
- Adhering to Schedule for Guest Service Team
- Maintaining Uniform Standards & Etiquette Standards
- Daily Rounds of Property
- Maintains Golf Cart & Lexus cleanliness
- Manages arrival/departure with provided systems
- Inventory of Activity Supplies
- Open/receptive to others needs
- Develops Guest Service team with daily coaching and counseling
- Communicates well with the team and other departments
- Challenges Guest service team with upcoming events and changes
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hospitality experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Basic knowledge and understanding of math
REASONING ABILITY
- Must be able to remain calm under pressure
- Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- The job entails excessive lifting of luggage and other guest requests such as trays and packages
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Front desk guest reception area
- May occasionally be asked to go outside in all weather conditions
